Thank you for your interest in receiving services from Access Allied Health & Training. Please note we currently prioritise swallowing assessments and are only taking adult clients for dysphagia, Parkinson's disease programs, progressive neurological conditions and voice for adults. Referral information needs to be received before you are contacted for appointments. We are currenlty only offering mobile services. Complete the referral information in the form below. Once received will be in touch when to book your appointment with us. If you are NDIS plan managed ensure a "service request" is provided for therapy to commence. Please send relevant reports to info@accessalliedhealth.net.au so we can better service your needs.
