NDIS Pricing Update 2025-2026

NDIS have recently released their new NDIS pricing arrangements for 2025-2026.

These changes are going to greatly impact participants choice and control.

Tasmanian NDIS participants are going to miss out. With many participants found in rural and remote areas these clients will no longer be serviced.

Dear Access Allied Health Clients

I want to let you know that there have been some major updates to NDIS pricing arrangements for 2025-2026 and rules that were just announced, which you may have heard about.

I’m currently reviewing what this means for our services, pricing, and billing structures.

There may be some changes, but I’ll be fully clear and transparent with you when once I have reviewed the updated rules and made decisions for my business and for participants.

I’ll be in touch next week with a clear update, so you know exactly what to expect.

A bit more info: This is a very confusing and challenging time for businesses working with NDIS clients. Mainly because the NDIA provides very little notice between releasing updates and when they take effect. In some cases, Allied Health Providers are now expected to deliver the same services but with less funding available under the capped pricing. That’s not sustainable. I need to cover my time, costs, expertise, and energy in order to keep showing up for clients. That’s why I am taking the time to review everything properly before making any decisions about pricing. I want to make sure the path forward is thoughtful, fair, and clear.

Those who can come into clinic will need to do so. These are changing times for all of us.

Kind regards

Karen Clarke
